The programme aims to develop initiative, teamwork and role appreciation while providing a comprehensive understanding of business functions and their value. Over 18 months, it focuses on enhancing planning, communication and time management skills. Graduates gain a strong sense of personal responsibility, learn how to add value to projects, and learn to navigate the ever-changing and challenging construction industry.

- Mastery: independent contribution and career focus
Learning follows a 60:20:20 development model: 60% work-based learning, 20% collaborative learning and 20% formal learning.
