About the Programme

As a Graduate on the Construction Advisory team in Dublin, you’ll work on high-impact infrastructure and development projects across Ireland and Europe.

You’ll be part of a 50+ strong team, gaining exposure to areas like cost management, project management and construction delivery, while building a broad understanding of how large-scale projects are planned and delivered.

Work on a diverse range of projects, including data centres, energy, commercial developments and major infrastructure, across both the public and private sectors.

With opportunities to collaborate across Europe — including on-site and international project exposure — you’ll build real experience in a global environment while developing your career locally.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for bright individuals who are ready to learn, bring energy to a team, and grow into a professional, client-facing role.

• Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
• On track for a minimum 2.1 college results
• Someone who shows initiative through work, study or extracurriculars
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
