Develop knowledge of systems, tools and responsibilities through a blended
learning model, including face-to-face shadowing, workshops and meetings,
alongside e-learning modules, tutorials and guided activities.

Shadowing & Buddy System

You’ll be supported through one-to-one mentoring and a dedicated Buddy who acts
as your point of contact, assigning tasks, offering guidance and providing
regular check-ins throughout the programme.

Learn by Doing

Gain hands-on experience through solo tasks, team collaborations and
cross-departmental projects that allow you to apply learning in real-world
