On behalf of a market leader in road infrastructure and specialist surfacing solutions, we are recruiting a Contract Manager. This role is based in Oranmore, Co. Galway, reporting directly to the Head of Contracting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and delivery of road projects across Ireland
- Manage site operations, safety compliance & team resources
- Monitor budgets, invoicing, and contract performance
- Maintain and grow customer relationships
- Support tendering and business development
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction (Level 8)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in road surfacing or contracting
- Strong project management, safety, and technical knowledge
- Excellent communicator, team-focused and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to manage resources and meet commercial goals
