The Position

We wish to recruit an ambitious Associate to join our Corporate Secretarial & Governance Services team. We are looking for a graduate/postgraduate that wants to further their career or perhaps start one in the area of company secretarial/governance.

Responsibilities

Supported by our corporate secretarial management team, you will:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of clients and being responsible for ensuring that clients are meeting their statutory obligations by
    • Maintaining company secretarial records to include updating minute books and statutory registers
    • Keeping up to date with annual return filings, and producing documentation in respect of the annual approval and circulation of financial statements and other minutes, as required
    • Preparing and filing statutory forms at the Companies Registration Office
  • Deal with queries and requests from clients, auditors, solicitors and internal staff
  • Assist clients to set up Irish entities through completion of company formations and branch registrations
  • Ensure the company secretarial database is up to date at all times
  • Take on responsibility for billing clients and for debtors’ collection
  • Stay on top of filing, archiving and general administrative duties

You will also have the opportunity to get involved in regular departmental training sessions to assist in your development and progression as a corporate governance professional.

  • You’re working towards, or have recently been awarded an honours degree, in any discipline
