Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and development of electrical systems and installations.
- Prepare and update electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Support engineering teams with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Participate in electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in the specification and selection of electrical components and equipment.
- Carry out technical calculations and engineering analysis under supervision.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant standards, regulations, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, and project departments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation projects.
- Maintain accurate engineering records and project documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in electrical engineering, power systems, or industrial applications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Desirable
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, Revit MEP, or similar software.
- Previous internship, placement, project work, or practical engineering experience.
- Knowledge of power distribution, control systems, or electrical installations.
- Understanding of relevant electrical standards and regulations.
