practical delivery. As part of the graduate position, you won't just shadow,
you'll actively contribute to live projects, working closely with our team to
deliver real outcomes that have lasting impact.

 

Role Description

We're looking for a motivated, proactive graduate from STEM,
Planning, Real Estate, Geography, or related background to join us for a graduate
position starting September 2026. Based in Dublin with opportunities for
travel, you'll gain practical experience in site identification, project
development, and commercial analysis. You'll work alongside engineers,
planners, and commercial specialists, developing skills that can shape your future
career in infrastructure, energy, or investment.

 

Site Identification and Evaluation

·      
Conduct
research and analysis to identify potential development sites across the UK
& EU.

·      
Evaluate
sites against predetermined criteria using analytical tools such as
Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA) to assess their suitability.

·      
Prioritise
sites for further development and contribute to detailed reports and
recommendations.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

·      
Initiate
discussions with brokers and landowners to explore land availability and
development opportunities.

·      
Attend
meetings with vendors, investors, and other stakeholders to gain commercial and
technical insights into project development.

 

Project Planning and Management

·      
Support
the development of project timelines, budgeting, and financial modelling.

·      
Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project progression.


Technical and Industry Exposure

·      
Develop
a working knowledge of energy technologies such as battery storage, biomethane,
synchronous machines, and advanced cooling systems.

·      
Research
market trends, policy changes, and regulatory updates.

·      
Participate
in site visits across the UK & EU.

 

Networking and Professional Development

·      
Attend
industry conferences and events.

·      
Learn
about the UK & EU planning process and regulatory landscape.
