About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic engineering placement students to join our Civil, Structural, and Transportation teams. At DBFL, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of real-world projects in both public and private sectors, while learning from experienced professionals and contributing to the successful delivery of live work

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with technical drawings, calculations, and project reports under team supervision.
- Take part in site visits and inspections for hands-on experience
- Conduct data collection and analysis and help compile supporting documentation for design and project evaluation when required.
- Contribute to quality assurance, ensuring all work complies with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Attend team meetings, actively contribute ideas, and communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as and when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the broader goals of the project and your professional development.
Qualifications Required
Currently studying for a BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc in Civils/Structures/Transportation
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
