Our Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations team plays a critical role in the company’s success. During your internship you will get the opportunity to develop your skills, collaborate across Fidelity teams, and continue to learn in a fun, iterative, and rapidly changing environment. Working closely with the Major Incident Management, Operations & Data Analytics teams you will help build and automate using monitoring tools and ITSM tracking tool. You will engage in operations support to implement solutions for Service Management.

• Technical Aptitude: Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools and demonstrate this knowledge in day-to-day work. Attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Cisco and or networking is an advantage. A passion for problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Initiative & Proactivity: Good ability to information-gather & learn. Takes action to complete tasks and projects and to overcome obstacles. Comfortable with a fluid work environment and being able to manage several projects simultaneously. 
• Personal Effectiveness: Has good interpersonal awareness and understands how to respond to people. Keeps team informed and up to date.

• Work with & support teammate to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer and internal support expectations. 
• Help support resilient, cloud-based systems that are aligned with our long-term strategy. 
• Provide outstanding support, including on-call support when necessary. 

Who Should Apply

Students with a background or interest in networking, network monitoring and troubleshooting and have a real passion for technology. Those studying for a Degree in Computer Networking and Engineering or equivalent with grades of 2.1 or higher is desirable.
