Graduate Bid Coordinator
Help us win the projects that shape the future
As a Graduate Bid Coordinator at Sisk, you’ll be at the heart of the process that helps us secure major construction projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
You’ll work alongside our bid, commercial, technical and project teams to coordinate high-quality submissions and develop compelling proposals for clients. This is a role where organisation, communication and attention to detail really matter.
Through our 27-month Graduate Programme, you’ll gain exposure to different areas of the business and develop an understanding of the commercial and operational decisions that sit behind successful construction projects.
What you’ll do
- Support the coordination and preparation of tender and bid submissions.
- Work with colleagues across the business to gather technical, commercial and project information.
- Help coordinate bid programmes, deadlines and submission requirements.
- Contribute to the development of compelling bid content and presentations.
- Research clients, projects, sectors and market opportunities.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure submissions are accurate and engaging.
- Help maintain high standards of quality and consistency across bid documentation.
- Develop an understanding of how Sisk approaches innovation, sustainability, safety and social value within our bids.
What you’ll gain
You’ll develop a broad understanding of the construction industry and how projects move from opportunity to delivery. You’ll build valuable commercial, communication, organisational and stakeholder-management skills while working with experienced professionals across Sisk.
If you’re organised, commercially curious and enjoy bringing people and information together, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact from the start.
