We’re offering an exciting graduate opportunity for a BIM Detailer, based at our state-of-the-art SMART Manufacturing facility in Portlaoise.

What You’ll Do
As a Graduate BIM Detailer, you will:
- Use industry-leading software (Tekla Structures) to produce high-precision 3D rebar models and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and site teams to coordinate and optimise detailing solutions
- Work closely with our BIM & Digital Construction teams to integrate detailing with offsite manufacturing workflows
- Gain hands-on exposure to AI-driven design optimisation, digital twins, and automated manufacturing systems
- Participate in client coordination, technical reviews, and design validation sessions
Structured Development Path
You’ll be supported by an intensive 3-year graduate programme, designed to:
- Build your technical expertise in detailing, BIM modelling, and digital fabrication
- Develop your leadership and project delivery skills through mentoring, training, and stretch assignments
- Prepare you for a transition into project management roles, leading multi-disciplinary teams across major infrastructure projects
