About The Role
We are seeking Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Road Contracts Division. We are providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the planning, execution, and management of road construction projects. Successful graduates will work closely with experienced engineers, contributing to the successful delivery of road infrastructure for major clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Ensure we maintain and progress our high health, safety and environmental standards.
- Learn & understand the operation and maintenance requirements of our mobile and fixed plant.
- Oversee our process to ensure safety and productivity are maintained.
- Participate in process projects targeting sustainability or efficiency improvements.
- In our Road Contracts division, significant involvement in planning road surfacing projects to ensure all safety and job-specific documentation is in place, including traffic management plans.
- In quarry locations, coordinate and oversee maintenance operations under the guidance of location management.
- Monitor our output to ensure our jobs and products meet the targeted quality specifications.
- Communicate information and plans effectively to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates should ideally possess:
- A relevant third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- A clean driving licence is required, as a company vehicle is supplied.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, results-driven, and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines to produce results.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
