Graduate Health & Safety Advisor

Could you help make construction safer for everyone?

At Sisk, nothing is more important than people going home safe at the end of the day.

As a Graduate Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll help make that happen. You’ll work alongside experienced health and safety professionals and project teams, gaining hands-on experience of how safety is managed across major construction projects.

You’ll learn how to spot potential risks, support teams in finding solutions and help create a culture where everyone takes responsibility for safety.

What could you be working on?

  • Getting involved in site inspections and safety observations.
  • Supporting risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Helping identify hazards and put effective controls in place.
  • Working with project teams to improve safety performance.
  • Supporting safety briefings, communications and awareness initiatives.
  • Learning from incidents and helping identify ways to prevent them happening again.
  • Promoting positive health and safety behaviours across projects.

You’ll receive structured development, mentoring and practical experience throughout our 27-month Graduate Programme, giving you the opportunity to build your technical knowledge and professional confidence.

If you’re someone who cares about people, enjoys solving problems and wants to make a genuine difference, a career in health and safety could be for you.
