Graduate Industrial Process Engineer - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities:
- Research and develop Industrial Process design solutions for Advanced Driver Assistance Sensors including cameras, ECUs and domain controllers.
- Hands on approach to Product prototyping, bench testing, data gathering and analysis.
- Aid with the analysis of customer, Product and functional requirements specifications in order to define performance criteria to be achieved.
- Support Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) activities. Define and identify functional and critical characteristics.
- Support technical process standards assignments.
- Support DFM activities through the product and process designs.
- Process Design simulations for New Equipment and tooling.
- Process Performance evaluation and Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Interfacing across a multidisciplinary environment in a clear and effective manner. Technical communication with customers and suppliers.
- Generation of Timing Plans for tracking project deliveries.
- Generation of technical/process documentation (process standards updates, standards site updates, maintenance plans, spare parts, work instructions, procedures, equipment specifications, Validation plans).
- Oversee improvements & upgrades to existing equipment.
- Training technicians, operators, engineers as required on process equipment.
Requirements:
- Genuine interest and curiosity in engineering topics and Industrial engineering.
- Methodical problem solver capable of applying problem solving techniques.
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English to different audiences in both written and verbal forms, e.g., reports, specifications, presentations.
- Good team player ability to work within a multinational team environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Industrial / Electronics Engineering or Equivalent.
- Interest in developing Equipment and Tooling Specifications.
- Knowledge of high tech, automated equipment required.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Design, MSA, PFMEAs.
