Behind every major building is a network of mechanical systems that make it work. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Sisk, you’ll help deliver these systems on some of the most complex construction projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
You’ll take the engineering knowledge from your degree and apply it to real projects, working alongside experienced engineers, designers and construction teams.
You’ll learn how mechanical systems are designed, coordinated, installed and tested – and how they work together as part of a much bigger project.
What could you be working on?
- Helping coordinate mechanical systems and designs.
- Working with engineers, designers and contractors to solve technical challenges.
- Supporting technical reviews and project documentation.
- Getting involved in installation, quality and commissioning processes.
- Helping ensure systems meet project requirements.
- Exploring energy-efficient and sustainable engineering solutions.
- Understanding how mechanical systems integrate with the wider building.
Our 27-month Graduate Programme combines structured development with practical experience, mentoring and exposure to major projects.
