Innopharma Technical Services offers a unique graduate training programme for those seeking opportunities in the (Bio) Pharmaceutical Industry.

Our 12-week Validation Engineer Programme purpose trains Scientists & Engineers in all aspects of Validation (Process, Cleaning, Equipment & CSV).

The Programme is a blend of theoretical and practical training, focusing on problem-based learning to simulate the work environment.

We aim to employ candidates who successfully complete our programme as part of our team. We get to know our team members very well while working closely on the programme before employing them permanently and placing them on one of our Client Sites.

The programme is delivered over 12 weeks.

Monday – Work from home on assignments

Tuesday – Online, with two onsite Tuesdays (dates to be confirmed)

Wednesday – Work from home on assignments

Thursday – Onsite in Sandyford

Friday – Online sessions

One class per week will be onsite at our Sandyford Head Office, where candidates will gain hands-on experience required for Industry.

Our pilot manufacturing lab and QC lab are based on OSD Manufacturing with small-scale Equipment, including Fluid Bed Granulators, Blenders, HPLC, etc.

We set weekly assignments with strict deadlines, which include writing Validation protocols/reports (IOQ, PV Protocols) and then executing those protocols in the lab, strictly adhering to cGMP, GDP (ALCOA++).

A minimum requirement of an L8 Science or Engineering Degree.
