Aon Graduate Programme 2026 – Human Capital – Actuarial Graduate

Have you completed your third level degree in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics or similar fields or are you on track to achieve it? Are you interested in playing a critical role in the growth of the cross functional operational team? Are you looking for a varied role where you can improve your consulting and actuarial skills? If so, this might be the role for you!

This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.

Although our working arrangement is hybrid, this role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We expect team members to be present in the office 3–4 days per week, particularly during the initial months of employment to support onboarding and training. If you are currently based outside of County Dublin, we encourage you to consider the potential need for relocation or a manageable commute to ensure regular office attendance.

We encourage interested candidates to submit their applications by Monday, 20th October 2025. Please note that this deadline may be extended depending on the volume of applications received. To ensure your application is considered, we recommend applying as early as possible.

Our selection process is designed to be fair, transparent, and engaging. It typically includes the following steps:

  1. Online Assessment – Candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment during the first week of November 2025.
  2. In-Person Assessment Centre – Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an in-person assessment day at our Dublin office, expected to take place towards the end of November or in the first half of December.

Please note that physical attendance at the Assessment Centre is required to be considered for the Graduate Programme. We aim to keep all candidates informed throughout the process and are committed to providing a positive and inclusive experience. If you require any adjustments or accommodations, please let us know—we’re here to support you.
