What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in drafting financial highlights disclosures, sharpening your understanding of key reporting insights.
- Develop and manage supporting schedules and documentation in Excel, enhancing your analytical and reporting skills.
- Collaborate with investment managers, administrators, auditors, and other financial professionals, giving you valuable exposure to the wider financial services ecosystem.
- Present your work to senior team members, including the Practice Manager and Principal, allowing for direct mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals.
What Will You Need

- Be currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, with a strong academic track record.
- Bring a curious, analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Have a working knowledge - or a strong academic foundation - in IFRS and GAAP, with a keen interest in applying this in real-world scenarios.
- Demonstrate sharp logic and technical problem-solving abilities, and the drive to investigate and resolve issues independently.
- Be confident working in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and open to developing advanced skills.
- Possess a meticulous attention to detail, with clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Have legal entitlement to work in Ireland.
