What You Will Be Doing

- Assist in drafting financial highlights disclosures, sharpening your understanding of key reporting insights.

- Develop and manage supporting schedules and documentation in Excel, enhancing your analytical and reporting skills.

- Collaborate with investment managers, administrators, auditors, and other financial professionals, giving you valuable exposure to the wider financial services ecosystem.

- Present your work to senior team members, including the Practice Manager and Principal, allowing for direct mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals.

What Will You Need

We are looking for exceptional graduates who are ready to stand out. Ideal candidates will:

  • Be currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, with a strong academic track record.
  • Bring a curious, analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Have a working knowledge - or a strong academic foundation - in IFRS and GAAP, with a keen interest in applying this in real-world scenarios.
  • Demonstrate sharp logic and technical problem-solving abilities, and the drive to investigate and resolve issues independently.
  • Be confident working in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and open to developing advanced skills.
  • Possess a meticulous attention to detail, with clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Have legal entitlement to work in Ireland.
