We are seeking a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented Graduate Software Integrations Engineer to join our growing Integration Team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys problem-solving, exploring new technologies, and automating manual processes.
Responsibilities
Integration & Automation Development
- Assist in designing, building and maintaining integrations and automations using Workato
- Help improve existing automations by testing, documenting, and suggesting enhancements
Production Support and Maintenance
- Support monitoring of integration workflows and help troubleshoot issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve alerting and monitoring to reduce incidents and boost reliability
Solution Design
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Assist in identifying opportunities for automation or simplification across the organisation
- Ensure solutions follow best practices in error handling, security, and maintainability.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Stay curious and keep up to date with low-code platforms, AI tools and emerging integration technologies that can support integration, automation, and productivity workflows
- Participate in team knowledge-sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong problem-solving ability, with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Competent experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#) through coursework, projects, or internships
- Comfortable working with data formats such as JSON or XML
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts simply
- Enthusiasm for learning how APIs, integrations, and automation platforms work
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Internship or project experience with software development, automation, or system integrations
- Exposure to SQL and databases
- Familiarity with any low-code/no-code platform
- Understanding of event-driven design or basic integration concepts
- Experience using DevOps tools (ADO, Git, CI/CD)
