PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of 4,000 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy, and environmental sectors.

We are seeking a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented Graduate Software Integrations Engineer to join our growing Integration Team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys problem-solving, exploring new technologies, and automating manual processes.

Responsibilities

Integration & Automation Development

  • Assist in designing, building and maintaining integrations and automations using Workato
  • Help improve existing automations by testing, documenting, and suggesting enhancements

Production Support and Maintenance

  • Support monitoring of integration workflows and help troubleshoot issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve alerting and monitoring to reduce incidents and boost reliability

Solution Design

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for automation or simplification across the organisation
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices in error handling, security, and maintainability.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

  • Stay curious and keep up to date with low-code platforms, AI tools and emerging integration technologies that can support integration, automation, and productivity workflows
  • Participate in team knowledge-sharing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Competent experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#) through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Comfortable working with data formats such as JSON or XML
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts simply
  • Enthusiasm for learning how APIs, integrations, and automation platforms work

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Internship or project experience with software development, automation, or system integrations
  • Exposure to SQL and databases
  • Familiarity with any low-code/no-code platform
  • Understanding of event-driven design or basic integration concepts
  • Experience using DevOps tools (ADO, Git, CI/CD)
