The Role
Join our Technical Support team and become the technical face of Hikvision to our Irish distributor network. You'll troubleshoot real-world security technology, deliver training, and feed market insight directly to our global R&D teams — helping shape the products used by millions worldwide. Ideal for a recent graduate in engineering, computing, networking or a related technical discipline.
What You'll Do
- Resolve technical issues raised by distributors and sub-distributors, and share case learnings across the team
- Deliver Hikvision software and hardware training — operation, installation, commissioning and maintenance — to partners
- Gather regional product requirements and quality feedback, escalating to headquarters Technical Support and R&D teams to drive product improvement
- Support new product launches through training sessions, roadshows and exhibitions
- Provide product consultation and selection guidance to channel partners
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Foundation knowledge of networking and IT
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
