What your role will entail:
- Completing all care duties and tasks, detailed in the individual care plan
- Assisting clients with all personal care: toileting, washing, dressing etc.
- Assisting in practical support such as house cleaning; cooking; dish washing; etc.
- Ensuring clients are provided with refreshments and light snacks, as required
- Promoting independence and choice where possible.
- Upholding client’s rights and preserving their dignity, always
What we need from you:
- A kind & caring attitude
- A full driving licence & access to a car (Essential)
- QQI Level 5 (Care Skills and Care of Older Person) – or willingness to complete
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
