Job Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry in ledgers and journals.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and tracking payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Help in reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with tax and statutory compliance documentation as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide general accounting support.
- Learn and assist with the use of accounting software (QuickBooks or other tools) and Excel-based reporting.
- Learn and assist to use AI-powered tools to support finance tasks such as summarizing information, organizing data, generating formulas, and improving productivity under the guidance of the finance team.

Job Requirements
- Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or recent graduates.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and willingness to learn financial reporting tools.
- Interest in learning and using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms) to enhance productivity and support day-to-day finance tasks.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle tasks under supervision and meet deadlines.
