At Kroll

We’re on the lookout for organised, collaborative, and communicative individuals to join our Restructuring team in Dublin.

Our Restructuring team supports our clients to face a variety of challenges throughout their business lifecycle. We work with companies, lenders, and other parties to work through and help them take charge of complex situations under the toughest conditions.

Navigating Responsibilities:

  • Using the firm’s well-established internal systems to produce standard letters and forms on case-related matters to comply with all regulatory obligations.
  • Dealing with correspondence (both written and telephone calls) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with and providing feedback to creditors, employees, and directors of insolvent estates.
  • Coordinating with solicitors, chattel agents, and debt collection agents to ensure asset realizations are maximized.
  • Collating information and assisting in the preparation of reports.
  • Taking ownership of their cases and managing their workload.
  • Keeping line managers apprised of progress.
  • Assisting and supporting other team members as required.
  • Taking an active part in the firm and demonstrating a “can-do” approach.
  • The job may involve travel to clients’ sites, away from the office.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Have obtained, or be on course to graduate with, at least a 2:1 in your chosen degree discipline.
  • Demonstrated track record of superior academic and work performance; demonstrated commitment to outstanding results.
  • Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to master new tasks quickly.
  • Dedication to teamwork, demonstrated leadership potential, and strong personal integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel, as needed.

During the internship, students are encouraged to seek guidance and assistance from other team members at any point. Further, there are regular in-house training sessions that assist the development of all staff. Please note this will be a summer placement, with the potential opportunity to become permanent after graduation.
