What We’re Looking For:

• A third level qualification in IT or Cyber security
• Familiarity with basic security concepts in the identity space as implemented within enterprises.
• Show curiosity, problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving identity and access management issues.
• Process oriented with a focus on troubleshooting issues through to resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an environment that must adhere to agreed timelines.
• Strong communications and ability to develop meaningful working relationships throughout the business.
• Enthusiastic, with a desire and appetite for learning
• Ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated alignment with the Vhi Values.
