What We’re Looking For:

• A third level qualification in IT or Cyber security
• A curious mindset with a demonstrated problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with basic security concepts as implemented within enterprises.
• Process oriented with a focus on managing tasks through to resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an environment that must adhere to agreed timelines.
• Strong communication skills with the bility to develop meaningful working relationships throughout the business.
• Open to offer and receive constructive feedback from peers and management to improve SOC performance.
• Demonstrated alignment with the Vhi Values.

The following would be considered an advantage; further learnings will be provided during the graduate program:

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or any cloud environments
• Familiarity with any Anti-virus or Endpoint detection and response technology
• Familiarity with the Concepts of a SIEM an how it best operates
• Knowledge of malware and other types of threats faced by businesses
• Knowledge of how a modern SOC operates
