Junior Quantity Surveyor

Sub-Contractor Junior Quantity Surveyor (office based, D22)
Contract Position – Full time but would also be open to someone working 2-3 days while still attending college
Working Hours; Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 16.30 and Friday 08.30-15.00

Salary – TBC dependent on successful candidate's level of experience/qualification and full/part time

Start Date – Ideally we would like someone to start asap (on or before September 2025)

 Open to graduate/placement/student attending college with the ability to work minimum 2-3 days

Requirements
Previous experience within the industry is an advantage, but not necessary
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team
Shows initiative and motivated

Responsibilities
Complete monthly progress applications
Assist in project cash management
Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor on tasks on larger scale projects

Some administration duties
Be responsible for own set of projects
Work alongside Contracts Managers to generate quotations
