About Us

Kayfoam is a long-established manufacturer of foam and mattresses in Ireland with two multi-shift manufacturing facilities in Bluebell Industrial Estate, Dublin and Kilcullen, Co. Kildare. The company employs over 300 people, exports 70% of its output to the UK market and is best known to Irish consumers via its mattress brands, King Koil, Kaymed and Odearest. Kayfoam is a wholly owned subsidiary of the US multinational, Leggett & Platt, which is a diversified manufacturer with annual revenues in excess of $5 billion that designs and produces various engineered components and products that can be found in homes and automobiles worldwide.

Programme

Our 2025 Graduate programme offers immersive experience, over the course of a 2-year programme. When joining the Graduate programme you will drive your own area of responsibility and take charge of your tasks from the start – providing you with the opportunity to translate theoretical knowledge gained from your studies into practice, developing your skills, and kick-starting your career. During your two years, you will build strong management, interpersonal and technical skills, as well as getting exposure to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment.

Our commitment to secure a good learning environment is centered around three key areas: Learning by experience, learning through people, and formal learning. In addition to an assigned Line Manager, you will be paired with a dedicated Director Mentor who will provide coaching and support throughout the programme. To further equip and enhance your skillset you will have access to functional specific training opportunities, (e.g. LEAN, ACCA).

We are looking for graduates to work within Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations based on your interests and educational background. To succeed it is important that you have a curious mindset and that you take ownership of tasks. You are ready for new and exciting challenges in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Roles will be on a full-time basis, starting in January 2025.

The Person

To be a successful candidate in this application process:

You are at the end of your bachelors degree (2.1 ) or have less than 2 years work experience. The preferred degree requirements for the various programmes are as follows:

  • Operations Programme - Engineering, Science or Business.
  • Finance Programme – Business, Accounting.
  • Sales, Marketing & Product Development – Business, Marketing, Product Design.
  • You are a natural problem solver who relishes working in diverse teams, and you have strong communication skills.
  • You demonstrate initiative, innovation and drive,
  • You are eager to learn.
  • You are an adaptable problem solver.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
