Your Engineering Journey at Kerry

As an Engineering Graduate, you’ll play a hands-on role in how Kerry designs, improves and runs the technologies, processes and manufacturing environments that help us deliver sustainable nutrition at scale. You’ll gain experience across engineering disciplines that keep our sites safe, reliable, efficient and ready for the future.

Across your rotations, you’ll learn from engineering experts and cross-functional teams, building your understanding of Kerry’s business drivers, key performance indicators, process capabilities, products and customers. You’ll contribute to real projects, strengthen your technical judgement and see how engineering supports performance, innovation and sustainability across our global business.

You could gain exposure to areas including:

  • Mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, reliability engineering and process engineering

  • Capital investment projects and process improvement initiatives

  • Asset lifecycle management and critical equipment availability

  • Engineering’s role in sustainability, safety and site-wide performance

  • Process technologies, manufacturing systems and continuous improvement

  • Digitalisation, automation and advanced technologies that improve plant efficiency

  • Cross-functional project work with Operations, Quality, Safety, RDA and Commercial teams

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Engineering, such as Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Automation, Manufacturing, Digital, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

  • You’re ambitious, open-minded and ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects

  • You’re fluent in English and ideally another language

  • You’re excited by science, technology and new ways of working, and keen to use data, digital tools and AI thoughtfully to improve how products are developed, tested and scaled

  • You’re eligible to work permanently in Europe

  • You’re open to travel and relocation as part of the programme
