Your Procurement Journey at Kerry

As a Procurement Graduate, you’ll work with category buyers across the sourcing process, helping Kerry secure the materials and services we need to deliver for our customers, teams and consumers. You’ll gain exposure to how global supply markets work, how supplier relationships are managed, and how procurement decisions support quality, service, cost, innovation and sustainability.

Across your rotations, you’ll build hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, market analysis and cost-saving projects, while working closely with Kerry’s manufacturing sites, supply partners and cross-functional teams.

You could gain exposure to areas including:

• Category and market analysis to support sourcing and supply plans
• Strategic sourcing, tendering and supplier selection
• Cross-functional work with site supply chains, R&D, Quality and Commercial teams
• Cost-saving projects and pipeline execution
• Supplier performance, contract support and relationship management
• Responsible sourcing, waste reduction, circular economy and recyclable packaging commitments

What We’re Looking For

• You’re a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related discipline
• You’re ambitious, open-minded and ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects
• You’re fluent in English and ideally another language
• You’re excited by science, technology and new ways of working, and keen to use data, digital tools and AI thoughtfully to improve how products are developed, tested and scaled
• You’re eligible to work permanently in Europe
• You’re open to travel and relocation as part of the programme
