What you’ll do

  • Monitoring live sporting events and reacting as events unfold.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and teams to complete a variety of tasks each day.
  • Multi-tasking, reacting quickly and accurately to information from third parties and internal tools.
  • Working closely with the wider Trading Department, Social Team, and Customer Experience team to improve the customer experience.
  • Owning Product and Operational efficiencies that lead to improving the overall customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Analytical Skills: The ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and understand complex data. You know how to dissect problems and devise effective solutions using technical tooling in the process.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the role are meticulously handled.
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring a high standard is maintained and timelines are met.
  • Proactive and methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Balancing multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial in delivering projects on time.
  • Professional Growth: A keen interest in personal and professional development. You are committed to expanding your skill sets within and beyond your current role, demonstrating a dedication to lifelong learning and growth.
  • Willingness to Learn: Comprehensive training across multiple facets of Trading will be provided. You don’t need to be an expert. We value curiosity and a desire to learn above all else.
  • For those in full-time education, flexible support is available to help balance
    studies with work commitments. However, this does work both ways, as
    working during evenings and weekends is required.
