M&A Analyst

Grenadier is looking for an M&A analyst.

Role is open to undergraduate and Masters students seeking a 1-year internship and recent graduates (up to 2 years post-graduation).

The M&A team is a core driver of this strategy, executing acquisitions across diverse industries and geographies.

Job Description

• Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential candidates for investment, acquisition, strategic partnership, and divestment opportunities
• Analyse marketing materials such as teasers and information memoranda
• Assist in preparing and communicating investment recommendations to senior leadership teams
• Participate in and support due diligence processes across financial, legal, and operational workstreams
• Work with the M&A team to build financial models and perform valuation analyses, including comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and merger models
• Support transaction project management, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors
• Manage data rooms and assist in the preparation of internal and external deal documentation

This role is based in Grenadier Holdings' Dublin offices. Occasional travel, primarily across Europe, may be necessary. Candidates must have the right to work in Ireland and travel internationally.
