Tirlán is offering a unique opportunity for a graduate to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Associate. This role will be Hybrid.

Located in our Abbey Quarter Office, this role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and supports the delivery of our Marketing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally, supported by the Senior Marketing Manager to support multiple categories including ingredients, agribusiness and insights.
  • Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing and customer experience projects across various categories.
  • Working with marketing colleagues and agencies, manage and update digital platforms, including websites, social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content for digital media campaigns, promotional activities and editorials.
  • Working cross functionally, develop sales toolkits, marketing materials and presentations to support value creation targets.
  • Working with Insights platforms and Insight team, identify trends, customer needs and competitive understanding.
  • Support on customer and supplier events such as inward customer visits, farm visits and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and elevate the voice of the customer internally.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and digital platforms, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Requirements
    • A Marketing and/or related third level qualification.
    • Retail or FMCG industry marketing experience. B2B marketing experience will be advantageous.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise & manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent relationship building, communication and influencing skills.
