The Role

At Aldi, our Marketing Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to work as a member of the Marketing team in an extremely exciting and fast paced environment. You will get the opportunity to work with award-winning marketing agencies to develop and deliver marketing communications initiatives across all channels, from TV to Digital, from in-store to out of home.

What we are looking for:

• Studying Marketing, Retail or Business
• Working towards a 1.1 or 2.1 degree
• Full drivers licence
• Passionate about delivering best-in-class marketing solutions
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

What you will be doing:

• Working with a dynamic fast paced marketing team
• Marketing and communications strategies
• Developing multi channel marketing initiatives
• Customer insight analysis
• Delivering TV, digital and out of home advertisements
• Project work

Candidate must be flexible to travel to locations outside of the office.

The duration of this graduate programme is 12 months.
