Marketing Manager – Construction & Industrial Sector

About Us

KWS is a leading supplier of fasteners, fixings, brackets, supports, electrical and cable management products, pipe, HVAC support systems, and more. With a strong presence in the construction and industrial sector, we are rapidly expanding and seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive our brand forward. This role will primarily focus on KWS but will also support our other four companies as needed.

The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager looking to build and create a brand portfolio. This person will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a mix of digital and traditional marketing experience and a strong understanding of B2B marketing within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for KWS and our other businesses.
  • Manage and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns to improve online visibility and lead generation.
  • Create engaging content for the website, social media, email campaigns, and industry publications.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring up-to-date product information and strong search rankings.
  • Plan and execute trade show participation, industry events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create lead generation strategies and support business development.
  • Analyze marketing performance and report on key metrics to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Industry experience: Marketing experience and the ability to create marketing material and willingness to learn. Experience in construction, industrial, or building materials sector an advantage.
  • Digital marketing knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, PPC (Google Ads), social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • B2B marketing experience: Strong understanding of business-to-business sales cycles and lead generation.
  • Content creation: Ability to write engaging, technical, and persuasive content tailored to our audience.
  • Event management: Experience organizing trade shows and industry networking events.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to measure and report on marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills: Able to collaborate with sales teams, suppliers, and industry partners.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Graphic design and basic video editing skills
  • Knowledge of the Irish construction and industrial market
