Role Overview

Two graduate positions are available within the PMO. The role supports the delivery of BnM’s large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects from development through to operation. Working under the guidance of Senior Project Managers, you will help ensure projects are delivered in line with schedules, budgets and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and supporting the implementation of best-practice project management methodologies. By providing accurate reporting, timely updates and effective coordination across project teams, you will enable Project Managers to focus on strategic priorities while contributing to improved project outcomes, governance compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the project team to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, and assist in developing project management plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management.
  • Coordinate project communications, including preparing meetings, reports and presentations; administer the document management system and coordinate the transfer of project information across a diverse, multi-geographical project team, maintaining satisfactory revision control.
  • Support the procurement of goods and services required by the project in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements, including preparing purchase order requisitions, coordinating the review of service contracts and monitoring project spend.
  • Engage with internal and external parties to ensure the flow of information and delivery of work, support the delivery of approvals, licences and permits, maintain associated records, and assist with knowledge transfer across the BnM team.
  • All employees are expected to co-operate fully with the company’s provisions for ensuring the health, safety and welfare of co-employees and members of the public using the premises, and to participate proactively in the Performance Management process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Third-level degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Project Management or a related discipline (a Master’s degree is advantageous)
  • Excellent technical appraisal, report writing and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office
  • Desirable: an understanding of project management practices, principles, theories and concepts, the power generation sector and emerging technologies, and experience in the energy industry
