Role Description
Our Quality Internship Programme starts your journey on the career path within the pharmaceutical industry. Not only will you learn skills both technical and professional but work on projects that will contribute towards enhancing and prolonging people’s lives across the world.

Responsibilities
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead/participate in cross-functional teams to implement identified improvements. Support activities in the areas of cost reduction, process efficiency, energy conservation, waste minimization and operational excellence.
- Ensure lean methodologies are adhered to, including 5s.
- Perform Laboratory Gembas.
- Provide support for a wide range of quality projects.
- Generate, review and archive documentation as appropriate.
- Participate and comply with internal Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements, as relevant.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of documentation and retention records.
- Participate in laboratory-based duties as required, including but not limited to, pH calibrations, balance calibrations, gathering materials, labelling, preparing solutions.
- Assist with sample management, sample disposal, and expiry check tasks.
- Support troubleshooting activities as required.
- Build on presentation skills and participate in site metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude—ready to work as part of a supportive team.
