Clover Hill Food Ingredients Ltd is an independent 100% Irish owned family run company based in Millstreet, CO. Cork. Established in 2003 the company has gone from strength to strength. We are a BRC Accredited Facility and have high quality standards across our storage, distribution, and production facility.

We are currently in the process of expanding our production facility and are looking to recruit a Quality Control Assistant to join the Quality Team.

This is an Entry-level, Full-Time position.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain Quality Records
• Ensure the allergen & quality policy and procedures are being complied with.
• Ensure all ingredients are within their shelf life and batch rotation is adhered to.
• Investigating and reporting on non-conforming raw materials and packaging.
• Investigate and document any quality issues on production floor, report to Q.A. or T.Q.M. when relevant.
• Implement, monitor, and review corrective actions when necessary.
• Liaise with Quality Assistant and Technical Quality Manager on all Quality Control issues and ensure the recording and documenting of all details and correspondence.
• Ensure Hygiene rules are complied with.
• Follow any instruction given by the Q.A. or T.Q.M.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Relevant third level qualification.
• Experience in a similar Quality roll an advantage.
