Whether you join us in audit, tax, or consulting, our three-year graduate programme is open to all kinds of backgrounds. We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions, and we are looking for a diverse range of passionate graduates who can help us on this journey!
As well as fully funded tuition, study leave and onsite tutorials to support you every step of the way to achieve your professional qualifications, from day one you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our partners and senior management team on a diverse range of projects across a broad range of industry sectors.

We know that many of those considering graduate programmes also look for flexibility in terms of start dates and overall recruitment process. This year we’re doing things a little differently. With no closing date, you have the opportunity to apply for our graduate programme at a time that works for you.
We’ll be conducting our first interviews in November 2023 and into Spring 2024, for a start date in Autumn 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS
During our graduate programme, you can study for ACA, ACCA or ITI qualifications as well as those in the areas of leadership, management, HR and law.
OUR SERVICE LINES
Audit
In our Audit practice, you will become part of an ambitious team of professionals working with leading domestic and international clients in a wide range of sectors. You will gain practical on the ground audit exposure and have a dedicated audit team buddy to provide mentor support to you. You will learn how businesses operate including understanding their internal control structures and be provided with comprehensive training including exposure to our audit methodology and integrated audit software tools. You will work as an important audit team member with our growing and motivated teams, learning how to challenge financial statements to ensure a robust and high-quality audit result. At RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, while gaining an excellent foundation for your future career.
Consulting
In our Consulting team, you'll get hands-on experience with clients and help them drive productivity by harnessing their people and their technology, enabling change and developing
strategies. You will work with a range of organisations to identify growth opportunities and build strategies to realise value for the shareholders……never a dull moment. Our mission is to become an innovative, forward thinking and digital first consultancy, built on a sustained corporate culture that attracts and inspires top talent.
Tax
In our Tax team you have the opportunity to work with a range of exciting internationally active businesses to become their trusted advisor. You will have the opportunity in the early part of your contract to develop your experience across different areas of tax, i.e., corporate tax, VAT, Global Employer Solutions and Transfer Pricing, and will be supported to develop a core specialism as your career progresses at RSM. You will have the opportunity to work with clients on a broad range of projects, including tax compliance matters, international expansion, Revenue Audits, M&A activity and more.

Academic requirements
At RSM, we don't just look for good exam results. We think passion, personality and originality are just as important. Ideally, you will be on track for a predicted minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent), although we will give consideration to lower grade degrees.
We are happy to consider applications from a wide range of disciplines – business, accountancy, finance, engineering, law, science etc. What is really important to us, is that you have a genuine interest to become a truly great accountant and business advisor.
