The Job

• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in creating strategies to improve sales performance
• Generate leads through various channels
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
• Track sales and metrics and prepare regular reports for management
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective clients
• Assist with organizing and coordinating events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Help in drafting proposals, presentations, and other materials
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining CRM systems.
• Participate in regular training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge.

The Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Fluent English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• Familiarity with social media channels and digital marketing tools
• Previous experience in retail/sales is a plus, but not mandatory

The Basics

• 40 hrs per week – flexitime
• Training
• Salary of €2,250 p.m.
• Great office in Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin 15
