Job Title: Sales Development Executive
Location: Fully Remote (Driver’s License Required for Occasional Travel)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Executive to join our team in a fast-paced distribution environment. The successful candidate will work across a wide variety of brands and retail customers, supporting brand growth and account development while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of brand plans in line with company and client objectives.
• Manage day-to-day customer and brand accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Conduct sales analysis and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and brand partners through regular interaction.
• Assist with promotional planning, product launches, and marketing support activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of brand and customer requirements.
Requirements
• Level 8 Business-related degree (essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, hard-working, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Full, clean driver’s license (essential).
• Previous experience in brand management, account management, or FMCG/distribution (advantageous but not required).
