Site Manager
Cleantech Civils are currently looking for Site Mangers in Mayo and Galway
Project Leadership & Delivery
-
Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget
-
Lead and coordinate site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
-
Monitor progress against programme and drive performance improvements where required
Health & Safety
-
Ensure full compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
-
Oversee implementation of RAMS, permits to work, and site safety systems
-
Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities
Quality Assurance
-
Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all stages of construction
-
Ensure all inspections, testing, and documentation are completed and maintained
-
Oversee the production of as-built records and handover documentation
Commercial & Procurement
-
Manage procurement processes, including material approvals and resource planning
-
Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs, variations, and financial performance
-
Issue Early Warnings and manage CVIs in line with contract requirements
Client & Stakeholder Management
-
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
-
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
-
Manage technical queries and design coordination effectively
Selection Criteria / Person Specification:
· Min. Third level qualification (or equivalent)
· First Aid.
· IOSH (Managing Safely in Construction)
. Lugs.
. Temp Works
The Package:
Salary will be DOE but competitive as well as the following:
