Galway – Heineken Big Top (Live gigs & festival-style events)
About the Role:
We’re looking for energetic and outgoing students to join the Skippio team as Brand Ambassadors at the Heineken Big Top this summer. You'll be on the ground during live gigs, helping promote our app, guiding fans through how it works, and encouraging them to skip the queues by ordering drinks straight from their phones.
You’ll also help capture content for our social media channels – from behind-the-scenes stories to crowd reactions and app moments in action.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with fans at gigs and helping them download and use the Skippio app
- Supporting our on-site operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Capturing fun, authentic content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Representing the Skippio brand in a fun, professional and approachable way
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, friendly and confident talking to people
- Passion for music, live events, or festivals
- Active on social media or interested in content creation
- Reliable, proactive and hands-on during busy event nights
- Previous promo, brand rep or event work is a bonus (but not required)
