STEM Graduate Programme

Our STEM Graduate Programme is designed to help you launch your career with confidence.

This programme offers a structured, supportive, and hands-on experience, giving you exposure to real projects, expert mentors, and multiple departments - not just observation, but meaningful contribution from day one.

By the end of the programme, successful graduates transition into permanent full-time roles, equipped with strong technical capability, cross-functional experience, and a clear career path.

What You’ll Experience

Rotations & Real-World Impact

  • Structured rotations across Engineering and Technical departments.
  • Hands-on involvement in live manufacturing, validation, and process improvement projects.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration using tools such as Power BI, JMP, Agile, and DMAIC.

Learning, Mentorship & Development

  • A well-defined onboarding and mentoring framework.
  • Support from:
    • A buddy from a previous graduate cohort.
    • A dedicated mentor (from another STEM area).
    • Your line manager and L&D.
  • Access to structured L&D modules, including Operational Excellence and Yellow Belt projects.
  • Regular career development check-ins and feedback.

Growth Beyond the Role

Participants are given meaningful opportunities to build their leadership capability, confidence, and presentation skills throughout the programme. They engage directly with site leaders through initiatives such as “Day in the Life” sessions, knowledge-sharing forums, and graduate showcases and celebrations, providing valuable exposure and real-world insight. Graduates are also encouraged to actively participate in internal networks, community initiatives, and the organisation’s continuous improvement culture, helping them to develop a strong sense of connection, contribution, and ownership from early in their careers.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for ambitious, curious, and motivated graduates who want to build a long-term career in STEM within the industry.

You’ll Bring:
