Abbott Diabetes Care STEM Graduate Program
This is a fantastic opportunity for STEM Graduates to have a rounded work experience as they start their careers. Mentorship and guidance will be provided throughout the program. Upon graduation, candidates will move to their assigned full-time position, having experienced the widest range in the STEM field in ADC Donegal.

What You’ll Experience
Rotations & Real-World Impact
- Structured rotations across Engineering and Technical departments.
- Hands-on involvement in live manufacturing, validation, and process improvement projects.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration using tools such as Power BI, JMP, Agile, and DMAIC.
Learning, Mentorship & Development
- A well-defined onboarding and mentoring framework.
- Support from:
- A buddy from a previous graduate cohort.
- A dedicated mentor (from another STEM area).
- Your line manager and L&D.
- Access to structured L&D modules, including Operational Excellence and Yellow Belt projects.
