2027 Graduate Operations Specialist - Orthopedics
Job Purpose:
The mission of the Operations Graduate Specialist is to support the Operations team in the manufacturing of products to enhance the Safety, quality, service, growth and value for local & Global Orthopedics supply.
The main responsibility will be to work as part of the Operations Team under the guidance of a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager while participating in the DePuy Synthes the Graduate program. The role is based within the site Operations Team which serves the Knees, Hips and shoulder markets while supporting business growth, quality and projects.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Business Operations or similar operations, engineering or technology bachelors degree.
- Recent graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027)
Desirable:
- The ability to work well with a team & one on one team building
- The ability to adapt to change and develop skills to meet these changes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Interest in developing skills, abilities, and career.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€34,800.00 - €55,775.00
Benefits:
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions. Moreover, we offer vacation days, parental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well-being reimbursement, programs for financial, physical and mental health. We also offer service anniversary and recognition awards, and subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees - and in some location’s eligible dependents - can participate in several insurance plans.
