Healthy Ever After was established in 2017 by Nutritionist and Professional Chef Fiona McEnroy. One branch of Fiona's business is Kids Cooking Camps, which she runs every Easter and Summer.
During the camp the children will make recipes using the ingredients included and always with a healthy twist. The camps take place in the chef training kitchens in ATU Galway.
Job description:
- 20 hours per week
- 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Monday to Friday
- Help set up the kitchen for the recipes, making sure all the stations have the right utensils for the task.
- Help guide the children through the recipes.
- Encourage and supervise clean as they go throughout the camp.
- Help with stock take at the end of each week.
- Help supervise toilet breaks for the children.
- Help escort the children back to their parents at the end of the camp.
- Help clean the kitchen and prepare the kitchen for the next day.
The successful candidate will have:
- Garda vetting
- HACCP training
Fiona is looking for someone who enjoys working with children and who has cooking/baking experience. This is a high energy, fun & rewarding job, therefore the successful candidate will need to be good with people, self motivated, reliable, punctual and enjoy working as a team.
The successful candidate
must
be available for the duration of the Camps whether it be Easter or Summer. For example, if you apply for the job for the summer camps, you must be available for all of the summer camps. Dates below.
