About the Role
This role supports wholesale trading activities across account management master data maintenance, purchasing, operations, and commercial workstreams, providing broad exposure to end-to-end product flow and customer demand within a fast-paced pharmaceutical wholesaler. Graduates will contribute to stock management, operational analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating across trading, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Rotations (if applicable)
This role may involve up to three rotations across areas including Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or Quality. Final rotation assignments will align to business needs. Each rotation will include clear responsibilities, a learning plan, and project deliverables.

What You Will Learn & Deliver
- Build foundational knowledge of systems, tools, and processes.

- Support wholesale trading across purchasing, operations, and commercial areas.
- Contribute to product availability, margin performance, and service level objectives.
- Assist with operational and trading analysis, reporting, and data reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.
- Participate in real-world projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Clear communication skills
