The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Graduate, you will join our recruitment team and gain practical experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will support the team in sourcing and attracting talent across a wide range of engineering, construction, corporate, and specialist roles while developing your understanding of recruitment best practice, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities across the full candidate lifecycle.
- Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Support the creation and publication of job adverts.
- Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records.
- Support candidate communication and engagement.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and talent pipeline development.
- Support careers events and employer branding initiatives.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
- Proactive, positive, and willing to learn.
