About the Programme
As a Tax Graduate in Dublin, you’ll join a team at the centre of major deals and global business decisions, working with leading Irish and multinational organisations.
You’ll gain experience across:
- M&A transactions across multiple industries
- international tax and cross-border structures
- using technology and AI in tax services
- advising leaders on business models and supply chains
- transfer pricing and economic analysis
- working with stakeholders on complex tax challenges
You’ll also get exposure to how tax policy is shaped, working with government and industry.
As part of one of Ireland’s leading tax teams, you’ll build a strong foundation in a fast-paced, global environment.

- Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
- On track for a minimum 2.1 college results
- Someone who shows initiative through work, study or extracurriculars
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team

Your Career Journey
