About the Programme
As a graduate on our Tax Transformation & Technology team, you’ll work at the intersection of tax, data and technology, helping organisations manage compliance and improve how their finance systems operate.
From day one, you’ll gain experience:
- using data analytics tools to interpret client data and generate insights
- developing and applying technology-driven solutions to tax processes
- working in global, multidisciplinary teams across tax, IT, operations and finance
You’ll learn that it’s not just about technology — it’s about how technology enables better business decisions and more efficient processes.
By the end of the programme, you’ll build a strong skillset across data, technology and finance — equipping you with future-focused skills for any career path.
This programme is open to both STEM and non-STEM graduates, offering the opportunity to specialise in tax data, automation and analytics within a fast-growing area.
What it’s like to work here
A typical week might include:
- Collaborating with your team on client projects
- Engaging with clients and learning how businesses operate
- Developing technical and professional skills
- Receiving real-time coaching and feedback
- Option to complete your chartered accountancy exams (ACA) & tax exams with full support including exam fees and dedicated learning time
- Option to complete an IT related professional qualification / certification including

- Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
- On track for a minimum 2.1 college results
- Someone who shows initiative through work, study or extracurriculars
- A strong communication who enjoys working with others
