Job Description: Test Engineer

**** Role requires international relocation to Eindhoven, Netherlands****

We are seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to join a leading high-tech manufacturing environment in Eindhoven, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and qualifying complex high-tech modules and systems to ensure they meet strict performance and quality standards. Working in a cleanroom environment, you will play a key role in delivering advanced technology while supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and qualification processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble, adjust, calibrate, test, and qualify complex high-tech modules and systems.
  • Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
  • Execute qualification and acceptance tests while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, test results, and shift handovers.
  • Follow established work instructions, testing procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Support new product introductions and help resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to testing, quality, and manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in a technical engineering discipline.
  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing, testing, production, or field service environment.
  • Experience with assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and qualification of complex technical equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following strict quality and safety procedures.
  • Willingness to work a rotating 5-shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
